"One of the most endearing qualities of Prashant is the way he relates with people. His relationships are built on trust and respect — a truly inspiring leader."
The Clarity Accelerator
An eight-session coaching engagement for senior leaders who have the experience, not always the answer.
You're not at a ceiling because you're not smart enough. You're there because you've spent years being rewarded for having answers. And somewhere in that, you stopped asking.
Free. 30 minutes. No pitch.
Who it's for
This engagement is for mid-to-senior leaders, ten to twenty years in, who are performing well on paper and running into something they can't name. A ceiling, a question, a growing gap between the leader they are and the one the moment is asking for. It's not for people who want answers handed to them, and not for people their organisation sent as a consequence, but for leaders who are genuinely ready to look.
You've been called high potential for years. Nobody's told you what to do with that.
You moved into a bigger role. You're not sure the old operating system still works.
You're successful. You're also not certain the next twenty years should look like the last twenty.
The engagement
Every engagement moves through the same arc. The agenda is always yours.
A free 30-minute call. We find out whether there's something here worth doing together. If there isn't, we'll say so. Free. No obligation.
Session one is a deep audit of where you are, where you want to be, and, more usefully, what's actually in the way.
Six sessions over ten weeks. Bi-weekly, 75 minutes each. Your agenda. Between sessions: one question to sit with, and a WhatsApp channel for when something can't wait.
What changed. What to protect. What to do with it.
At the end of the engagement, you write a Clarity Document. One page. What you know now that you didn't before. What you're choosing going forward. Shaped by eight sessions. Owned entirely by you.

The coach
Prashant spent his career where the pressure is real and the slides don't save you: General Manager at Tata Communications, L&D leadership at Vodafone. He's been in the rooms his clients are in now, not as an observer, but as the person responsible for what happened next.
He coaches from that. Not from a framework.
Lit up over Times Square, New York. Still letting that one sink in.
In their words
"One of the most endearing qualities of Prashant is the way he relates with people. His relationships are built on trust and respect — a truly inspiring leader."
"You have good listening skills, patient and good questioning."
"Loved the session. He guided me through all the paths he could."
What coaching is (and isn't)
Coaching doesn't hand you a plan. It creates the conditions for you to find one that actually fits. Everything discussed in a session is confidential, and the work belongs to you, not your organisation. If it's corporate-sponsored, your sponsor hears themes at the mid-point, not session content.
The difference between coaching and consulting: a consultant tells you what to do. A coach asks until you figure out what you already know.
A free 30-minute conversation to see whether there's something here worth doing together. If there isn't, you'll leave with one useful question. That's the worst case.
